Return Policy

  • Shipping Details: Order is dispatched within 24-48 hours of successful order. We use a reputed third party delivery partner whose estimated delivery time is within 1-5 days. Updates will be shared over SMS and Whatsapp by the delivery partner.

  • Qualifying Return: In the case of exchange/return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by the invoice.

  • Return Window: Merchandise can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of order delivered.

  • One-Time Exchange: We allow a one-time return or exchange per item. Once an item has been exchanged or returned, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

  • Return Process: Click the "Request Return" link at the footer of the website. Login with your email id and request easy return. 
  • The refunded amount will be the same as the invoiced amount (after discount if any).
  • If you purchased multiple items with a discount based on your cart total or a buy X, get Y promotion, returning just one item may change your original discount. If a return affects the promotion, your refund will be adjusted after deducting the adjusted discount from your purchase. You also have the option to exchange the item for one of equal value. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we’re here to help with any questions during the return process.

  • We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders & any custom orders.

  • If you have received an order in damaged condition, please send us at least three images at info@mountmiller.com within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. It will be reviewed by our quality assurance team and our customer care team will get in touch with you with an appropriate solution.

  • Please Note: During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
