Made-to-Order Policy

Our made-to-order products are produced after you place your order. Please review the production timeline, size guide, and terms below before purchasing.

Production and Delivery

The estimated production time is displayed on each product page. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Your order confirmation will include the estimated dispatch or delivery timeline. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options. This does not limit your rights concerning delayed delivery under applicable law.

Orders containing ready-stock and made-to-order products will follow the shipping arrangement shown at checkout.

Cancellations and Changes

You may cancel your order for a full refund before production begins by contacting info@mountmiller.com with your order number.

Size, colour, or address changes requested before production begins will be accommodated where possible. Changes may affect the delivery timeline.

We will notify you when production begins. Once production has started, change-of-mind cancellations and size or colour changes are generally unavailable, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Standard-Size Exchanges

Made-to-order products purchased in our standard sizes qualify for one size exchange, requested within 5 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Trying on the product indoors to check the fit is permitted.

Exchanges are subject to our ability to produce the requested size. We will confirm availability and the estimated production timeline before proceeding.

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for correctly supplied, non-defective made-to-order products after production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Personalised and Custom-Measurement Products

Products made to customer-provided measurements or personalised specifications are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If the product does not match the specifications we agreed to fulfil, or is defective or incorrect, please contact us for a resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess the problem; an unboxing video is not mandatory.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund as applicable. MountMiller will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs for confirmed product or fulfilment issues.

The standard size-exchange deadline and one-exchange limit do not restrict applicable consumer rights concerning defects or other qualifying issues.

Your order number.
The product concerned.
Whether you need cancellation, a size exchange, or help with a product issue.

Please contact us before sending a product back so we can provide return instructions or arrange collection.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be initiated within 3-4 days of cancellation approval or receipt and assessment of a returned item, as applicable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method wherever possible. If another method is necessary, we will agree it with you. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Where you are entitled to a refund, store credit will not be imposed as the only option.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy applies specifically to products identified as "Made to Order." Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
